I think Pie is a good book.  You can read it quickly and i guarantee you'll love it.  It's funnny and will keep you turning pages.  It even has pie recipes in the book.

The Shadow Thieves by Anne Ursu

Zee goes to see his Grandmother for the summer,  while he is there she passes away; with her last breath she says that Zee will save the world.  Soon sickness starts to spread.  He is sent to stay with his cousin in America to escape the disease.  Together they discover the cause of the sickness.  Meanwhile in the Underworld, an evil god, Philonecron, plans to over throw Hades.  Zee and his cousin, Charlotte, must go down to the Underworld and save it.

I liked this book because it has so much detail you can see the "movie" in your head while you read.  Charlotte and Zee are pulled into exciting adventures.  Readers who like the Percy Jackson series should checkout The Cronus Chronicles.

This book is about a stolen gold fish.  It was funny.  Edgar races Patrick to solve the mystery.  There are a lot of twists and turns.  So the big question is Who Stole the Fish?  Read to find out.

I liked this book because it was an amazing, funny mystery,  you will really get into.

The False Prince by Jennifer Neilsen

A man named Connor is gathering orphans in a plan to commit treason by sending the boy who looks most like the lost prince to the castle.    What the boys do not know is that Connor is evil.  He plans to get rid of the boys he does not need.  Once the boy gets picked he plans to take over the kingdom. Sage, the main character, is one of the orphans.  The Lost Prince was pronounced dead when pirates attacked his ship.  But is he really dead?

I liked it because it's sort of a mystery.I also liked it because of the adventure when they're practicing their sword fighting . I think its a book for strong readers so they can keep up with whats going on in the story.

Deadly Pink by Vivian Vande Velde

Deadly Pink is about a girl named Grace and her older sister, Emily. Emily wants to go to the same college as her best friend, Daniella, but to do that she has to change Daniella's SAT scores. Emily's boyfriend finds out and convinces Emily to change his scores as well. He tells his friends and Emily doesn't want to because she thinks it's wrong. So Emily decides to go int a virtual video game and tries to die because she thinks that once her parents find out that she changes the SAT scores, they will be disappointed. Her younger sister Grace has to go and save Emily.

I liked this book because it was magical. Some magical things that happened were that butterflies would turn into coins. I also liked it because it was interesting, like when the sprites kept arguing with Grace because she had a lot of coins. The sprites gave "Wishes For Coins."
